    FFC Direct Admission Opt-In Form - CSU Pueblo

    Dear Parents and Students:

    Fountain-Fort Carson School District 8 is pleased to partner with Colorado State University Pueblo (CSU Pueblo) on a new admission program called Direct Admission.  This Direct Admission partnership has several features that support participating Fountain-Fort Carson students and their families in navigating the college application process:

    ·         You do not complete an admissions application

    ·         You do not pay an application fee.

    ·         You receive an early admission decision.

    ·         You may be eligible for automatic merit scholarships.

    If you wish to participate*, you will just need to sign at the bottom of this form.  Eligibility for admission is based on CSU Pueblo admission standards.  If your student is accepted to CSU Pueblo, additional information about the enrollment process will be provided by the University. 

    Please contact your school counselor if you have any questions regarding Direct Admission.

    *By participating in Direct Admission, you agree to have your student information (including directory information, parent information, cumulative GPA and SAT scores) shared with CSU Pueblo.  Direct Admission is a no-cost, no-commitment opportunity to get admitted to CSU Pueblo without completing an application. Information will not be shared with any third parties.
